KSB at SMM 2022 in Hamburg
From 6 to 9 September, the international trade fair for the maritime industry will be taking place in Hamburg. Under the motto “All set for the maritime energy transition”, the KSB Group will be represented with a trade fair stand.
The pump and valve manufacturer will be showcasing pumps and valves as well as control and monitoring systems designed for applications on board different vessel types and for offshore applications.
The use of these energy-saving products contributes to climate-neutral shipping and the conservation of fossil resources. Vessels which can be equipped with these products range from liquefied gas tankers, cargo vessels and suction dredgers to passenger ships and offshore platforms.
The French KSB S.A.S. will be exhibiting maintenance-free double-offset butterfly valves of the type DANAÏS TBT for use in liquefied natural gas (LNG) transport. These part-turn valves can be operated by a wide range of actuators from KSB’s Korean subsidiary KSB Seil Co., Ltd. in Busan, which is also presenting its valve remote control system to specialist trade visitors in Hamburg.
KSB ITUR Spain S.A. will be showing a typical ILN-type vertical in-line pump at SMM as an example of its comprehensive marine range.
